People don’t just stop caring completely. They can’t, can they? They run away with their tails between their legs, embarrassed at how they have acted. I remember reading a Taylor Swift interview where she talked about how some of her exes completely don’t talk to her after she got famous. So maybe sometimes exes don’t talk after break-ups, but wouldn’t they be just the least bit curious?

Wouldn’t they say sorry for being the “reason for the teardrops on her guitar”?

Good Lord, why the hell would you be mean to Taylor Swift? I don’t know her personally obviously, but she seems like a sweetheart. If guys can be heartless to her, then they can be heartless to anyone.

I think they’re just jealous she turned into a big superstar and is writing about what assholes they were. They’re too embarrassed and awkward to even know what to say to her.

It’s, wouldn’t you know, FEAR! Like the parents that completely abandon their children and act like they don’t care. They probably do care in some way, but they have completely no idea of how to go about healing the relationship.

Hahaha man I loooove writing about the incompetence of the male species! Females do it too, but men are soo worse. They are big fucking babies!!!!! Where did the saying “man up” even come from?!
